- Rita Ora has been all about the bikinis and crop tops lately, and that trend certainly hasn’t slowed down during her recent Paris trip.
- The singer, 33, took to Instagram to post a series of photos of herself and her Uber-toned abs in a variety of ‘fits and poses.
- Rita fits in hard workouts with celebrity trainer Jono Castano, and often posts some BTS of her sweat seshes on IG.
Rita Ora is currently hanging out in Paris having the time (and probably the best food) of her life, and she’s got the epic photos to prove it.
The 31-year-old British singer-songwriter shared a total photo dump on Instagram featuring herself lounging around the City of Lights, and she definitely took her six-pack along for the ride. There’s Rita (and strong abs), posing in front of the Eiffel Tower from the front and side. Rita, plus those same abs, hanging out next to a parking meter, and Rita and her abs shining while leaning on a building.
“A quick moment of appreciation for being able to experience things. No matter how dirty your clunky flip flops get,” she wrote in the caption.
People managed to lift their jaws off the floor long enough to post in the comments. “I mean the BODY 😍🔥,” said one person. “Absolutely gorgeous 😍,” someone else wrote.

Naturally, the “Barricade” singer works hard for that strong core. She shared a series of behind-the-scenes shots of herself in the gym last week, putting in a whole lot of work. In the pics, you can see Rita posing next to a weight bench and using TRX bands.

And, back in May, Rita dropped several pics of herself posing next to a punching bag (boxing is great cardio, BTW).

Rita regularly works with her trainer, Jono Castano (who also works with Rebel Wilson), and she has the ‘grams to prove it. Back in December, Rita shared some pics and video of herself doing chest presses at the gym in a bridge position on a weight bench, working her upper body and core at the same time.
She’s also big into HIIT workouts, Castano told the Daily Mail. “My philosophy requires recommending a combination of workouts comprising HIIT, stretching, and recovery,” he said. “It’s important to ensure I hit each of the three areas for a rounded fitness and wellness plan. For example, with Rita, we might focus on HIIT cardio training in the first half of the week, then core and upper body in the middle, and lower body at the end.”
He also said that the two tend to “work until exhaustion” to get those impressive results—whew!

And, while Rita hasn’t shared a ton on what she eats, she’s shared little snippets on Instagram lately of things dishes like escargot (when in Paris…) and charcuterie boards. A girl’s gotta have her protein, amiright?
I’m really loving this Paris look on you, Rita!
